Noalani Terry, Registered Polarity Practitioner (RPP)
I first studied Polarity in the Washington , DC area with Candice Sinai. I continued my Polarity studies in Santa Fe at the New Mexico Academy of Healing Arts where resident and visiting faculty included Roger Gilchrist, John Chitty , Eleanora Lipton, Dr. James Said, and Dr. Van Warren. I received certification as a Registered Polarity Practioner (RPP) from the American Polarity Therapy Association in May, 1995. I acquired Registered Polarity Educator (RPE) status in December, 2003.
I also practice several other complementary healing modalities including Foot Reflexology for which I received a certificate from the Center for Integrative Therapies in Washington, DC . I completed Reiki I in Santa Fe and Reiki II in Washington, DC . Prior to my Polarity studies, I learned and practiced breathing techniques for releasing the somatic effects of negative thought patterns from the body. I also studied Hawaiian Kahuna healing.
As an information manager and librarian for over twenty-five years, I've had a great deal of experience fulfilling the needs of clients of all ages for information and a listening ear. I offer understanding, compassion, and humor as well as expertise in the practice and philosophy of Polarity therapy.
I have taught Polarity techniques at the Golden Door Spa at the Peaks in Mountain Village and the Center for Religious Science in Delta.
I am a member of the American Polarity Therapy Association.
